Pilar De La Torre follows, among others, the topics: discriminatory violence, security of Senior citizens, innovation and security. She is also in charge of Efus’ training programme and Efus’ relationship with countries outside Europe.
Pilar De La Torre holds a master’s degree in Population and Development Expertise from Paris Descartes University and a degree in Economics from the Externado University of Bogotá (Colombia).
